Contractor Appeals Process

Ending an independent contractor’s agreement with The Bynes Company Office Solutions, LLC is the process of dissolving the contract with that independent contractor. While we look forward to developing long last relationships with all of our contractors, there may be times when this will not be the case. We understand that working as an independent contractor is not for everyone.

The Bynes Company Office Solutions, LLC is diligent about communicating with all of their independent contractors about timelines, deadlines and making sure tasks are met for compliance purposes.

When issues are discovered after an audit is performed, measures are put in place to resolve these issues. It is when obligations are not met, that provisions are put in place for ending or dissolving a contract agreement with a contractor.

The Importance of Compliance

Compliance is extremely important for business growth. Enforcing compliance policies in a workplace can prevent you from violating any rules or regulations. Not adhering to company compliance may depreciate our company values. To maintain company value, everyone in the organization should comply with all norms.
