It’s also very customizable and allows us to adapt it to our needs. We are happy with our choice and hope that SmartSuite continues to be an effective tool for our company. The team at SmartSuite has been amazing to work with as well. They listen to our needs, answer questions quickly, and make improvements based on feedback.

A 360 View of our Organization

The SmartSuite platform allows a 360 view of our entire organization. We can see everything from the number of projects we’ve completed, to how much time each employee has spent on each project, to who’s working on what on a given day. It makes it very easy for us to keep track of what’s going on across the entire company. One of the great things about SmartSuite is that it’s highly customizable. It allows us to create our own version of the software that fits exactly with our needs. We can add new fields, delete others and change what each field represents. This way we can adapt it to our business model without having to worry about being locked into one set of features.

SmartSuite offers a host of features, including automation (of repetitive tasks), timeline view (for viewing project progress over time), integrations with other programs and systems, activity history tracking/management (to easily see what you’ve been working on and when) collaboration capabilities, time-tracking tools to keep on track—and much more!
